- Good Experience in Similar role preferably in a hospital. (minimum of 3 years experience as Manager)
- Must Have GCC Experience
- Good Managerial skills
- Experience in managing client complaints and concerns.
- Experience as manager for customer care section.
- Preferably bilingual (Arabic & English)
