1) Safety Officer:

No. of Vacancies : 5 No's
Salary : 200-300 KD

Principal Responsibilities:

Be aware of the latest Fire & Safety Regulations.
Liaise with Supervising Engineer for scheduling and execution of the works.
Shall ensure that site works are complying with Company safety standards.
Shall be responsible for inspection of all works specified in different appendices.
Be capable of group communication, co-ordination with all concerned people and prepare safety reports.
Liaise with supervising engineer to ensure satisfactory handling the works.
Evaluate and recommend control measures to prevent accidents.
Capable to implement the Environment guidelines and regulations for operation purposes.
Shall conduct Tool Box Talk, prepare JSA, Work Permit, Daily Inspection Report, Near Miss Report, Incident Report and provide on job training to workmen and foremen etc.

Job Descriptions:

Shall possess Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline with certificate in HSE or equivalent.
5 years of experience in relevant fields.
Shall have attended one or more HSE courses in any category of training in General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety etc...
Shall possess AGT - level 1 (Authorized Gas Tester) certification for confined entry.
NEBOSH / OHSA / IOSH certificate or diploma in safety is an added advantage.
Shall be subject to interview/trade test by Company's Fire & Safety Dept. and Asset HSE Team.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Shall have a valid Kuwaiti Driving License.

2) Office Clerks (Admin Assistants):

No. of Vacancies : 5 No's
Salary : 120-150 KD

Principal Responsibilities:

Receives and logs telephonic and other messages and instructions and communicates the same to the right person. Be capable of group communication to the said objectives.
Carry out typing (using word processors), preparation of reports, etc.
Dispatch all forms of communication (i.e. memos, request, etc.)
Assist in data collection for preparation of reports.
Maintaining monthly time sheets.

Job Descriptions:

Shall possess Secondary School Certificate.
2 years diploma and Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
2-3 years of experience in clerical works.
Proficiency in using PC's and Software released by Microsoft (i.e. Windows, MS-Office, etc...)
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Must be able to type at least 30-40 words per minute.

3) Civil Engineer:

No. of Vacancies : 6No's
Salary : 300-600 KD

Principal Responsibilities:

Prepare estimation sheet of the houses and help supervisory staff during pre commencement report.
Maintain record file for each vacant house which include drawing layout, works carried out during the operation, major work, housing committee (if any), etc.
Establishes and maintains correct manning levels and material requisitions.
Prepare report, Maintenance control and administration.
Prepares all necessary drawings needed in operation including shop drawings.
Maintain good inventory control.

Job Descriptions:

B.Sc. Engg / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Must have at least 6-7 years minimum experience as a Engineer.
Shall be educated and familiar with Computer Operations.
Experience in MS office, MS Project, Ms Access, Using AutoCAD Software for drafting shall be added advantage.
Must have a valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

4) Quantity Supervisor:

Salary : 300-600 KD

Principal Responsibilities:

Develop/Review design deliverables (specifications, data sheets etc.) as part of check to provide QA/QC input.
Participate and present QA/QC requirements in project kick-off meeting.
Develop/Review Contractor's Quality Plan.
Develop/Review Contractor's and Subcontractor's QA/QC/Inspection related submittals.
Develop/Review Vendor quality plans.
Develop/Review Construction/Maintenance quality plans (inspection and test plans).
Prepare and issue Contract Quality audit schedule and perform audits on Contractor.
Participate in Monthly progress meetings (on as required basis).
Promote quality awareness among project team.
Address any Contract quality related issues.
Control and manage Contract non-conformity log.
Expedite implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor Contractor's quality activities in all Contractor's Quality Plan.
Initiate improvements in QA/QC areas where necessary.
Guide Contractor's to develop specific documents where necessary.
Encourage the Contractor to use lessons learned process.
Perform internal quality audits.
Provide Quality awareness to Maintenance engineers at site offices.
Monitor Contractor's QA/QC functions for purchase orders (for client supplied).

Job Descriptions:

B.Sc. Engg / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Must have at least 5-6 years minimum experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
Experience in MS office, MS Project, Ms Access, Using AutoCAD Software for drafting shall be added advantage.
Must have a valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

6) Civil Supervisor:

No. of Vacancies : 10No's
Salary : 200-300 KD

Principal Responsibilities:

Supervise all construction activities, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.
Should be capable of reading structural drawings.
Should have experience in finishing works including Tile works.
To ensure all civil work is executed per proper specifications and standard practices.
Ensure the smooth functioning of the project in terms of quality, time, cost.
To ensure that all labors understand their role & responsibilities and ensure that they are carried out.
Follow up with store, Mechanical and other dept. to mobilize material, manpower, and other resources in time to delivery at work site.
Conduct daily safety inspection of all works within site and ensure safety signage are posted as per site instructions.
Prepare of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress.

Job Descriptions:

Diploma in Civil Engineering.
