    Key Responsibilities: 

    Adhere to ISO 9001 policies & Procedures
    Achieve monthly individual sales targets and conversion ratio set by the Sales Manager
    Submit reports on daily Customer walk-ins, Hot Prospect, Lost order and monthly report
    Actively participate in all sales campaigns and marketing activities to enhance sales
    Achieve higher customer satisfaction index and handle customer queries or complaints and reports to the Sales Supervisor
    Propose and follow up with finance companies for credit approvals for the customers and convert to the sales
    Ensure the vehicles are sold on the basis features and merits without discounting the brand, constantly enhancing the image of the company in the eyes of Customer
    Update the customer data base in to the companys system. Utilise the database to enhance the referrals and sales
    Maintain good product knowledge and information about the competition models features, utilising information to improve the sales conversion ratio
    Ensure that the customers visiting showroom are received courteously and given priority 
    Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all dealership personnel
    Develop long term customer relationship to enhance the sales
    Offer and conduct test drives with every customer walking into the showroom
    Make telephone follow up calls to the customer for sales conversion and for after sales service
    Ensure that the car delivery to the customer is made as committed in the sales order and perfect delivery process is followed
    Identify customer needs by demonstrating interest in them, by listening and by establishing an advisory relationship
    Ensure customers receive thorough explanations and a pleasant non-pressured purchasing experience
    Use a delivery checklist and deliver vehicles in perfect order, when promised (Perfect Delivery)
    Introduce customers to members of the Parts and Service team
    Contact all customers within 3 days of vehicle delivery to ensure total satisfaction
    Develop a target market and aggressively pursue vehicle sales in that market segment
    Establish and maintain a customer record and customer follow-up system
    Work with the Service Department to provide customers the best possible treatment before, during and after the sale
    Maintain professional attire according to dealership policy
    Actively participate in training programs as requested by management

    Designation: Sales Executive (Ford Division)

    Location: Bahrain

    Educational Qualification: National Diploma in Sales and Marketing

    Total Exp: Min 3 years
