- Quality Manager or Quality Lead are to have at 10 years experience as a Quality Manager.
At least seven of those years are to be on Oil & Gas(LNG TANK), petroleum or petrochemical projects.
The individual must have good communication skill and ability to effectively manage people.
Certification to industry standards (such as NACE for coating, or AWS for welding inspection) is preferred but not mandatory unless the individual is acting as a working lead and has responsibilities that include requirements for certification.
Shall be four(4) years full time degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
