We have a job opening for a Database Administrator for a reputed hypermarket chain in UAE. The JD is given below :
Evaluate, Design, implement and maintain company databases. Provide backup support to the IT Manager with database administration. , user account maintenance, DB security, system documentationand help desk support functions. Participate in planning of future upgrades and technology enhancements.
This position is also responsible for basic database system modifications in response to departmental needs and day to day system integrity, including recommending strategies to ensure dataintegrity and applying SQL maintenance plans for the smooth running of ERP system. Understanding of SQL server 2008 and above is essential.
