TENDERING QS - ELECTRICAL
GULF Experience Mandatory. BE/B.Tech (ELECTRICAL) with 7-10 years’ experience in Tendering process. Shall be conversant with Quantity takeoff from drawings for MEP works electrical / mechanical / plumbing etc.
Should have Knowledge on Preparation, Costing & estimation for Electrical BOQs, Evaluation of rate analysis and should be able to perform Bill certification & Variation control.
TENDERING QS - HVAC
GULF Experience Mandatory. BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) with 7-10 years. Shall be conversant with full cycle activities related HVAC design and engineering from Preparation of Material Requisition & Mechanical Data Sheets for Enquiry, Technical Queries, Technical Bid Evaluation & order kick off meetings with Vendor, Material Requisition & Mechanical Data Sheet for Purchase, Vendor Document Review and co-ordination with various disciplines & site team.
Experience related to site supervision and testing will be a plus. Major experience shall be in HVAC related Shopping Malls, Villas, Residential Complexes, Restaurants & Hotels, Estimation of HVAC System Bidding Purpose using Tender Documents, Review of vendor documents for HVAC drawings & calculation.
DESIGN ENGINEER – PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING
GULF Experience Mandatory. BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) with 7-10 years’ experience in Designing of Plumbing systems for various projects like Shopping Malls,Villas, High Rise buildings,Residential Complexes, Restaurants & Hotels.
Planning design work and deliverables together with MEP team and HOD.
Should have Knowledge of Revit MEP 3D modelling of mechanical systems in buildings
Must be familiar with best practices, international standards and design codes.
DESIGN ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL
GULF Experience Mandatory. BE/B.Tech (Electrical) with 7-10 years experience in HT and LT system design, Single line diagrams and Load list preparation, Electrical equipment specification preparation and Electrical layout preparation.
Should be Familiar with International Code & Standards of IS, IEC.
Should have Working knowledge of Engineering design tools and Experience of leading cross-disciplinary design teams.
Should be capable for BOQ/BOM preparations and should possess Working knowledge of ERP.
DESIGN ENGINEER – HVAC
GULF Experience Mandatory. Minimum 7-10 Yrs Experience.
Should have thorough knowledge in Preparation of Design Basis Report for Air Conditioning and Ventilation System & Schedule of Quantities. Preparation of Requisitions, TQ & TBE for HVAC system.
Estimation of Heat Load for Air Conditioning System usingÂÂ HVACÂÂ software.
Age around 35-40 years.
