3. Set long-term and short-term KPIs to all engineering staffs
- 1. BE Mechanical with min 10 yrs exp in monitoring production process by designing / modifying / selecting eqpt, Tooling, fixtures to improve process, production efficiency, preferably in Electronic
manufacturing company
2. Min 5 yrs exp as Manager.
