1) GYM TRAINER
SALARY : NEGOTIABLE.
Preface
Due to expansion, one of the KSA leading fitness centre , is looking to recruit GymTrainer & Assist. Gym Trainer across several assets in the KSA region.
ROLE- Demonstrate how to carry out various exercise and routine.
Observe client and show or tell them correct techniques to minimum injuries and improve fitness
Explain and enforce safety rules and regulation on sports, recreational activities and the use of exercise equipment.
Demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment.
Monitor the misuse of equipment
Give alternative exercise during workout or class for different level of fitness.
Give client information about nutrition, weight control.
Give emergency first aid if needed.
Fitness trainer and instructor must sell their service, motivating client to hire them as personal trainer.
Trainer must be able to listen carefully to what client tell them to determine the client fitness level and desire the fitness goal.
Motivational skills, problem solving skill.
Trainer must be physically fit, as job requires considerable amount of exercise.
Gym trainer must be able to communicate well because they need to be able to explain exercise and movement to client, as well as motivate them verbally during exercise.
2) ASSISTANT GYM TRAINER
SALARY : NEGOTIABLE.
