JOB LOCATION SAUDI ARABIA (RIYADH)
ROLE- Welcome customer by determining their coffee interest and needs.
Asst. customer by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering question.
Sells coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining different in coffee beans and coffee preparation machine, demonstrating how brewing machine operates.
Prepare and sell coffee drink by following prescription recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drink, such as espresso, espresso lungo, cafe latte and cippoccino.
Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee beans supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, maintain supplies, pastries and coffees for coffee bar.
Able to; operates instruction like Troubleshooting breakdown, maintaining supplies, performing maintenance and call for repair.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment and sanitation regularly.
Update job knowledge by participating in education opportunities, reading coffee, retail trade and food service publication.
Enhance coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request, exploring opportunities.
Candidates should be good in skills like Listening, verbal communication, Customer focus and Service, Basic safety, selling to customer need, attendance & client relationship.
