He should be responsible for facilitating the quality of healthcare facility of hospital.
Must be bounded for getting accreditation from different governing body/regulatory (ISO,JCI,etc).
Provides senior executive leadership for a Health System entity in facilitating medical staff interactions with Hospital Administration and the governing board and to assure effective and efficient delivery of quality medical care consistent with the mission and vision of Hospital.

3. Feed Mill Plant Manager
Description/Job Summary
Directs production, distribution and marketing operations for Feed Mill. Plans and implements all activities, products and services in a manner designed to reduce the adverse environmental,
social and economic impacts and incorporates commitments to continuous improvement, pollution prevention and efficient use of natural resources and sustainable practices.
Individual must be organized, deadline oriented. Must be able to work independently and use judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Individual will be actively involved in the Company Safety program and the long term and short-term goals of the department.
Seven to ten years' related experience required.
Responsibilities/Duties
Coordinate production, distribution, and warehousing of feed.
Schedule and monitor daily production, including running ton totals, ordering product, and scheduling production.
Handle client calls and correspondence.
Develop and oversee plans for efficient use of materials, machines and human resources.
Review production costs and product quality, and modify production and inventory control programs.
Review and monitor permit processes for air quality, mound and rainwater runoff.
Prepare and monitor annual budget in accordance to Company guidelines.
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
Participate in company and department safety program.
Comply with Company Policies and Procedures.
Required Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
BS degree preferred in a related field.
7 - 10 years of Feed Mill management experience.
4. Feed Mill Production Manager
Produces and delivers high quality feeds efficiently while controlling the cost per ton produced and delivered.
Staffs and helps train all feed mill positions.
Maintain and update records as required by policies that pertain to feed milling and delivery.
Major Responsibilities
Monitors correct formulas and drug levels for daily production of feed by close relationship with Manager of Nutritional Services.
Supervises and coordinates the activities of mill and delivery supervisors.
Keeps accurate records on mill production and delivery.
Maintains good quality control program by accurate sampling procedures.
Maintains compliance with all government regulatory agencies.
Reviews cost records and performance data to analyze the effectiveness of milling and delivery practices.
Directs quality maintenance program for equipment and vehicles.
Coordinates raw materials delivery with appropriate personnel.
Maintains adequate controls of all inventories.
Formulates and applies an effective safety program in manufacturing and delivery.
Supervises and coordinates new chemicals being approved by furnishing labels, and product request form for chemical evaluation to the Chemical Evaluation Committee.
Determines that accurate personnel records are kept on manufacturing and delivery employees.
Performs other duties as required.
Position Requirements
Academic: B.S. degree in agriculture or mechanical field or equivalent experience.
Experience: Three to five years experience in supervising feed mill operations or other related poultry experience.
Demonstrates ability to understand and manage all aspects of feed mill.
Ability to communicate and relate to people and groups effectively.
5. Production Manager (Flexible Packaging, Cartons)
Job Responsibilities
Overall responsibility of Production, Operations & Maintenance of preform facility.
Monitor & optimize the plant performance parameters.
Monitor & achieve the targets pertaining to production, conversion cost, up time, waste reduction, quality etc.
Vendor development for procurement & sourcing.
Implementing quality systems to ensure conformity to preset standards.
Initiating cost saving measures.
Provide leadership / technical expertise in trouble shooting of injection molding machines, analysis on rejection, and breakdown of equipment.
Develop & train local talent.
Qualification & Experience
-BE / Diploma Mechanical / BSC .
-Must have at least 5 years in Laminated Films, BOPP Products, Shrink Wrap Extrusion ,PET Preforms, PET injection molding Operations & Maintenance, and Technical Services.
