General Attendants / Stewards - Vessel
    Must have a mini work experience of 12 months in vessels / more than 7 months can be considered.
    Knowledge in Safety & Hygiene.
    CDC (with endorsement of sea service / STCW Courses) and CDC stamps
      Carrying out all housekeeping and accommodation services safely and effectively.
      Carrying out cleaning, laundering and galley/mess duties safely, efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with schedules and procedures provided
      Food Safety Officer
          Candidate shall be qualified in food safety
          Familiar with ISO 22000 standards / HACCP and experience in training. 
          Shall have at least 5 years' experience in managing the food safety
          Chief Cook - Offshore
              Must have mini work experience of 2 to 4 years in vessels.
              Knowledge in Stock Control & Management & Food Safety & Hygiene. 
              COC (mandatory). 
              CDC (with endorsement of sea service / STCW Courses) and CDC stamps. 
              Cooking for the crew
                Different meals & courses to be prepared.
                Chief Cook will delegate and supervisor Cook 2 & Cook 1.
                Must follow HACCP guidelines.
                Chief Cook must ensure safe & clean working practices.
                Chief Cook must plan the meals.
                Chief Cook must report any defects
