- Smooth & uninterrupted operation & production at all times by ensuring the highest level of quality and maximum utilization of production capacity.
Troubleshooting of Mechanical or Production problems and to take prompt corrective action on any other breakdown of the Plant.
Set KRA, KPI & SOP for the staffs of the plant and develop effective mechanism to monitor strict compliance of the same.
Assess employee training need and arrange required training(s) for skill development, professional efficiency, better productivity as well as inter departmental co-ordination and co-operation.
Plan, communicate, supervise and control the routine activities of both in the area of production and the overall general management and administration of the Plant.
Be vigilant and proactive in dealing with employee dissatisfaction, discomfort and grievance.
Initiate different motivational plans and programs for boosting up the moral of the employees of the plant.
Responsible for allocating and monitoring the duties of all supervising staffs.
Prepare Periodic Maintenance Schedule (MS), Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) and Shutdown Maintenance Schedule (SMS) without hampering the normal flow of production.
Prepare production cost per unit for Improvement of system and process loss.
Supervise inventory position of different spare parts and raw materials and place indent for procurement of these in time to avoid the downtime of the Plant.
Make Productivity analysis report and suggest the effective ways and means how to achieve the target of production.
Initiate all necessary steps, arrangement and availability of required logistic support to ensure overall safety, security, health and hygiene of the Plant as well as its workforce.
Oversee total plant operation.
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
B.Sc. Engineer (Mechanical) from reputed university.
In addition, MBA will be considered an added advantage from a reputed university
At least 15 year(s); Minimum 5 years as Head/COO of Cement Plant Operations
Factory Residence provided. Company use vehicle.
