QUALIFICATION: Bachelor degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Agriculture and Baking technology 

    Experience : 5 years in a similar position in a food processing plant preferably bakery

    Key Responsibilities: Responsible for fulfilling the scheduled production demand during the shift and to maintain the quality and food safety parameters as laid down by Company.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Coordinate with Production engineer & Production in charge for production during the shift with all quality and safety standards of company
    Make and execute the production plan , preparation and maintaining production reports . 
    Handle the production during breakdowns and troubleshooting
    General administration and guidance for the shift workers during the shift.
    Maintenance of cleaning & general sanitation of the plant & premises during their shift.
    Responsible/coordinating with Sales & Distribution for the dispatches during the shift.
    To maintain personal hygiene & GMP in the plant 
    Having good communication skills , effluent in English 
    Computer skills ( Word , Excel and e-mail etc)
    Abide by the company rules and regulations
