- Responsible for the entire local and import procurement.
- Monitoring stock for optimum inventory.
- Ensure prompt return of defective material to suppliers.
- Costing of components, Negotiation with supplier, making comparative analysis and releasing purchase orders.
- Negotiate with suppliers on cost increase/reduction.
- Identifying potential vendors, evaluating their performance for obtaining quality product/materials.
- Releasing of Vendors monthly schedule based on customers sales plans.
- Time and cost estimation of components.
- Tracking critical parts & ensure no/zero line stoppage.
- Calculation of Vendors Performance Rating based on Delivery & Quality.
- Continuously improvement in vendor performance rating
