We are hiring junior position for our Kathmandu location.looking for Assistant for Nepal business.
Position : Assistant
Location: Kathmandu
Education : Graduate
Note : Require a candidate who is fluent in Nepali - Speaking / Understanding / Writing.
Experience : 1 - 5 Years.
Job Description :
1 Marketing inputs
Assist business with Procurement of Gifts locally
Assist in Local Printing Process & cordinating with Vendors on orders
Provide support to compile campaign feedback & implementation reports eg Camps / World days etc. on a monthly basis
2 Cycle meeting
Assist business in cycle meeting arrangements, short-listing of venues, AV arrangements Qtrtly
Strategy guide printing & Procurement of detailing contest gifts etc. Qtrtly
3 Despatch & inventory management
Regular Promo inputs despatch / Courier to field staff on a monthly basis
Promotion material inventory management in the ware house - monthly
4 Conferences
Assist business for local conference participation , CME /Symposia conduction
Arrange gifts/ manage other requirements of conference - related inputs
5 Admin Support
Bill settlements with vendors , maintain & submit report monthly
Purchasing stationary & other requirements
