Mechanical Technician
- Responsible for day to day maintenance of Machinery in the Factory and to maximum efficiency and output. The role includes executing Preventive maintenance plans, Reduction in breakdown time, Spares management and Cost reduction.
- Lead the Factory Mechanical Maintenance function in providing Preventive and Breakdown maintenance for the Equipment and facilities.
- Increase Operational effectiveness, reduce Mean time between failure and downtime reduction, Manage and execute improvement and cost reduction plans. Adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
- Responsible for Maintenance of Utilities like Boiler, Air compressors.
- Ensure plant maintenance costs are within budget.
- Ensure machine part life expectancy is achieved.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Plant Manager
- Qualified multi-disciplined Engineer activity & Guilds in Mechanical or equivalent.

- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Perform general electrical maintenance.
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
- Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
- Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
- Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
- Good knowledge of various test equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot/replace PLC, VFD, A/C motors, D/C motors, Analog and digital sensors.
- Candidate must be knowledgeable in installing and repairing complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems working from a technical blueprint.
- To perform in this role Candidate need an Electrician degree/ Diploma from a technical college and experience in the field working on simple and complex electrical systems.
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience.
- Electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge.
- Industrial electrical maintenance in hand experience.
