    Formulate the sales strategies considering the overseas market challenges, reviewing the same periodically and initiative CAPA as and when required. 
    Strategizing for business expansion, expanding the geographical span, improving the product penetration in the low penetration area/ niche markets to improve the SOB of business for the company. 
    Formulate and implement the promotion strategies with/ without channel partners to enhance the brand visibility in the overseas markets. Propose budget to the management. Get approval and monitor the conversation viz a viz spending. 
    Continuous monitoring the performance of the team members of business partners periodically and directing for the CAPA as and when needed.
    Venturing in the new/ presented markets/ countries, appoint the channel/ business partners to support the sales plans. Improve the SOB in the existing markets as per business plans. 
    Discuss, negotiate, signing off the sales targets with overseas channel partners. Review and monitor the performance against targets periodically.

    Ensuring the viability of sales partners i.e. OEM SALES. 
    Conducting periodic meet of all the Channel Partners/ OEAs, build reward and recognition scheme for keeping the motivation level of the OEA/ Channel Partners high.
    Periodically conducting customer satisfaction surveys with different customers, execute the Surveys through the team and strive to improve the CSI.
    Continuously collecting the feedback regarding the product performance from the field, analyse the data, design , interact with the design/ service/ manufacturing team for implementing the CAPA as and when required. 
    Conducting the market potential studies periodically in the existing markets, new markets, unrepresented markets to gain business volumes, motivating the team for conversion as per plan. 
    Work on brand visibility and awareness improvement programs through using appropriate means of promotion e.g. advertisements, conducting meets, participating in the trade fairs, technical events etc. Sign off the promotional activity plan with the channel partners and ensure execution.
