Skills:
> Day to day management of site including supervising and monitoring the site work.> Preparation of SLD, Material utilisation & Reconciliation Report on Regular basis.
> Planning the work and efficiently organising the plan and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
> Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
> Overseeing quality control and health & safety matters on site , prepare report as required.
> Give the guideline to Sub Contractor to complete the target in time with Quality work as per EB Standard.
> Communicating with clients representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
> Liaising with sub-contractors, supervisors and the general work force involved in the project.
> Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
> Prepare JMC and Execution drawings after work completion and submit the same to the client.
> Arranging Materials during various stages of the project.
