    - Payroll Softwares
    - Attendance capture systems (Bio metric)

    Experience Required
    - At least 3 years proven working experience as an HR executive
    - Experience in human resources metrics
    - Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
    - Experience in dealing with the labour authorities
    - Experience in processing legal country specific formalities for all employees e.g. CPR, VISA, etc.

    Job Description
    Primary Responsibilities
    - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    - Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    - Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
    - Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
    - Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
    - Implementing and revising the company's compensation program commensurate to current industry payscales
    - Creating and revising job descriptions
    - Creating the hierarchy in the company and ensure it is adhered to
    - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    - Developing, analyzing, and updating the company's salary budget
    - Developing, analyzing and updating the company's evaluation program
    - Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
    - Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures
    - Administration of all Employee benefits including accomodation

    - Control the entire recruitment process and selection process for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
    - Conducting new employee induction/orientation and employee relations counseling
    - Overseeing exit interviews
    - Maintaining department records and reports
    - Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
    - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
    - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
    - Nurture a positive working environment
    - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    - Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource management
