HVAC Supervisor
- Minimum HSC/ITI/Diploma or its equivalent
- Should have 10 years of supervising experience & atleast 03 yrs in oil & gas industry.
- Should have advanced knowledge in principles of refrigeration, heating& air handling.
- Should have knowledge & skill in hand tools & diagnostic equipment used in maintenance & repair.
- Ability to read & interpret documents such as schematics, safety rules, operating & maintenance instruction &procedures manuals
- Plan, schedule, & assign work & crews to ensure adequate resources for efficient performance of duties.
- Monitor jobs to ensure quality & compliance with standards, update Hvac record, and report on performance & resolve issue.
- Instruct personnel on activates relating to air conditioning & refrigeration maintenance to ensure an acceptable work performance level.
- Supervise or assist in personnel actions including ,bur not limited to hiring performance appraisals, promotions & scheduling time off.
- Age between 20 and 40 years.
- Must know spoken English
- Sr. HVAC Technicians
- Minimum Diploma / HSC / ITI or its equivalent.
- Should have 05 yrs of field experience, atleat 2-3 yrs in oil & Gas field only.
- Should have working knowledge of Centrifugal, screw Chillers.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC facilities & its Maintance work.
- Problem solving & trouble shooting skills.
- Technical communication & explanation skill
- Age between 20 and 35 years.
- Must know spoken English
- HVAC Control Technician
- Minimum HSC/ITI or its equivalent.
- Trouble shooting skills, Must required work experience in Relay Contactor & PC Boards in chillers & HVAC systems
- Must experience in oil & gas industry
- Age between 20 and 40 years.
- Must know spoken English
- Chiller Operator
- - Minimum HSC/ITI or its equivalent
- - Must experience in York,Centrifugal chillers
- - Trouble shooting skills
- - Technical knowledge required
- - Must experience in oil & gas industry
- - Age between 20 and 40 years.
- - Must know spoken English
- Upholsterer
- Should have Minimum 3-7 years of experience in furniture upholsterer required with excellent working knowledge of furniture finishing, repair & upholstery.
- Carry out the timely upholstering of the furniture within the defined timeline / project schedule.
- Follow the safety and security standards and practices of the Division at all times
- Generally clean the area of work at the end of the shift.
- Good spoken English an advantage
- Gulf experience Preferred
