- Assist in managing the projects related to network and telecommunication department such as cabling, wireless, upgrade, etc. and prepare specifications of the required equipment
Working with data / electrical cabling, terminations, installing racks, installing patch panels, enclosures, CCTV, etc.)
Executes the installation, termination, testing and labelling of cabling systems according to industry standards.
Install, modifies, repairs and maintains voice and data cabling systems.
Survey installation areas to determine work methods, tools, materials and equipments.
Perform onsite IT integration for incidents that are assigned to the IT Support Technicians team & ensure that T&L IT standard processes are followed for services provided.
Be responsible for Desktop management; install, move, add, change, decommission support for IT equipment (PCs, Laptops, Printers, and Servers).
- Support and advice the Facilities Management/Office Services in relation to Hardware move planning.

Be responsible for LAN cabling troubleshooting.
Be part of on-call support for critical incidents or emergency situations outside of regular business hours as part of clients Business Continuity Plan.
Provide remote IT support for other sites within Saudi Arabia Area as required.
Project Execution: work closely with the Project Manager to implement projects.
Monitor and test network performance, availability, alerts and provide statistics reports.
Planning, coordinating and implementing network security measures.
Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment and other network appliances.
Implement Structured Cabling Systems WAN/LAN.
- Coordinate terminal orders and cable installation, network system planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, and servicing. Approves action requests and specifies purchase requisitions. Negotiates and places orders with common.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
Test and Audit Copper/Fiber Optic Testing/Cabling Standards.
Knowledge of data center ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling).
Open to provide off-hours support as needed.
Have experience in handling all Network Cisco Switches including Core, Distribution and Access.
Have experience in handling routers include voice gateway.
Must have Experience in implementation of next generation firewall (Fortinet or any other).
Must have experience on Call Manager and Cisco Unity.
- Have nice experience on Wireless Lan controller.
Have nice experience on Monitoring Tools. (Solar Winds)
