Our client is a reputed company with turnover of approximately USD 250 million pa. The company has tripled its turnover in 3 years and continues to grow at a good pace. There are two factories, each headed by a factory manager. There are around 300-350 employees and 14 expatriates. All the functions are headed by Indians. The company is known for the quality of the products and commands brand leadership in the tanks and chairs. For tanks, the approx market share is 25 % and over all market share of the group in Nigeria , would be 20 %. They have started a new business division which is into disposable shaving sticks. Scope for growth in market is high, particularly for the introduction of new products
    Must have experience in disposable shaving sticks sales

    To promote the sales of the organisations products. (this is for their disposable shaving sticks Business Unit)
    Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
    Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
    Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
    Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
    Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
    Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
    Prepares proposals and presentations.
    Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
    Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
