Roles and Responsibilities
Must have BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical
Should have total 8+ years of experience & minimum 4 years experience in Diesel Based Power Plant
Operation & Maintenance of Gas, Diesel engines, Turbocharger, Compressors, Separators, Heat exchanger and pumps.
Preventative & breakdown maintenance of Diesel Engines & its Auxiliaries
Reconditioning of Engine Sub-assemblies.
Minimize plant brake down time by taking autonomous maintenance
Operation & Maintenance and Overhaul of ABB & TPL65 turbochargers.
Operation & Maintenance of Gas Regulating units and filters.
Operation & Maintenance of Forced Ventilation system.
Operation & Maintenance of Air Compressors and Dryers.
Operation & Maintenance of Cummins & Kirloskar Diesel Engines.
Operation & Maintenance of Radiator and Variable Frequency Drive.
Operation & Maintenance of ABB alternator.
Planning daily operation activities, and monitor the operations through plant personnel
Maintaining the plant availability by monitoring, analyzing and maintaining equipment condition
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be a BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Degree holder
Must have 8+ years over all experience out of which 4+ years should be in Operation & Maintenance of Diesel Power plant
