Application Engineer shall provide :
- Sales support: Technical support to global sales team for winning the opportunities
Business development support: Enhance Rotating Equipment business primarily &assist in generating retrofit & upgrade opportunities
UAE position of Pure Technical Support position Rotating Equipment in relation to Plant Operations . Maintenance aspects of these equipments is also a preferred area.
Application Engineering:
Ensure timely, competitive and quality service quote of Rotating Equipments line pumps, motors, fans, blowers etc.
Support business development with respect to Rotating Equipment repairs and service contracts
Prepare timely, competitive and quality quote for any rotating equipment upgrade or retrofits.
Coordinating with a team of service engineers / technicians with continual motivation drive.
Customer orientated support for sales and service teams. Conducting presentations at customer site.
Provide seal inspection reports and provide failure analysis on time .
Visit customer site for installations or troubleshooting
Coordinate / organize for customer visits to witness the testing
Proactively participating in retrofit and upgrade projects to help the company in winning more retrofits and upgrades. Smooth execution of the retrofit and upgrade projects
Actively & timely supporting Sales in technically promoting the products for new business development, upgrades and retrofits.
Managing effectively warranty cases in liaison with the concerned
Build good networking with head quarters
Required Candidate profile
Experience : 5 -10 years experience in Rotating Equipment Sales / Application Engineering
Qualification : BE Mechanical / Chemical
