- keeping high standards of coding and assuring high quality of products
- writing unit tests for your code
- participating in technical meetings
- influencing technologies used in the project

Must Have: Java, Spring, Git, Github, SQL, English
Nice to Have: Docker, Hibernte, REST, Jira, Jenkins
