1. Implementing the sales strategies through efficient channel management and ensuring appropriate sales for achievement of the sales and distribution targets for the assigned territory.

2. Plan, Execute & promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.

3. Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.

4. Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & outstanding.

5. Monitor & review the distribution / channel marketing system.

6. Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.

7. Minimize the leakages, damages & transit losses.

8. Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.

9. Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints.

10. Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.


Profile Description


  • MBA (Marketing) with 2-5+yrs exp with distribution driven FMCG Units into Sales, Logistics, Direct Distribution & Van Salesmen.
  • Must be a fluent French speaker.
  • Ready to relocate to Benin (West Africa).
