Urgently required Shop Manager - Goma - Eastern Congo for a leading Trading Organisation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage inventory in shop & warehouse
- Provide daily, weekly & monthly stock reports: non-moving products, near expiry cargo etc.
- Prepare sales & marketing strategies to increase shop turnover
- Prepare daily cash book and sales reports
- Enter all debit and credit entries made during the day on our ERP & Tally
- Identify new products/articles that can be imported and sold within our respective markets
- Manage local staff salaries, completion of tasks, truck drivers
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good English Level written & spoken
- Basic French level
- Previous experience in DR Congo and/or African countries
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, MS Word & Outlook
- Sales Driven
- Salary - $1,000/month + accommodation
- Knowledge of basic accounting entries
