SRU / ARU Process Superintendent
1. Job Requirements
A. Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering
B. Minimum of 10 years proven working experience in commissioning field in Refinery Project(Sulphur Regeneration Unit / Amine Regeneration Unit experience preferred)
C. Extensive experience in PMC / EPC organization in the field of Refinery / Petrochemicals or in an industrial environment
D. Specific Utilities experience relevant to the project (i.e Fire Water, Water Treatment, Nitrogen, Air Separation , Instrument Air, Plant Air, Sewage Treatment, Sub-Station, BOILERS, SRU,ARU,SWS Commissioning /Operations Supervisor, Start Up, Planning, Hand Over, Commissioning Coordination, Pre-Commissioning)
E. Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English
F. Proficient in MS Office
2. Duties and Responsibilities
A. Develop and coordinate a detailed master plan of all commissioning and start-up of the project
B. Ensure capturing lessons learned from previous projects
C. Mitigate pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up risks
D. Participated in start-up and Run test for Dynamic Equipment together with Vendor
E. Coordinate Licensors plan and overall management of their activities at site during commissioning and start up
F. Perform with success performance tests and interim operation
Commissioning Mechanical Superintendent
Job Requirements
A. Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Discipline
B. Minimum of 10 years proven working experience in commissioning field in Refinery Project(Sulphur Regeneration Unit / Amine Regeneration Unit experience)
C. Extensive knowledge and experience working on rotating and static equipment
D. Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English
E. Proficient in MS Office
