Education requirements
Degree in System Engineering or equivalent
Background and experience
- +7 years of total experience within the Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and RC14001.
- Experience in transmittal of information between Engineering Services Department, operations and other departments to expedite information flow.
- Well versed in transmittal of information between among internal and external parties, making appropriate database/log entries for tracking purposes.
- Ability to work with computer-based Business Applications such as (PI, PLC, DCS, SAP, LIMS, Hysys). Computer applications spread sheets and databases
- EDMS applications like SmartPlant Foundation, ECM etc.
- Experience in quality assurance and document control systems
- Working knowledge of Duqm and construction technical reporting, including understanding of interface and inter-relationships.

- Sound judgment in technical matters with good skills in engineering field.
