Chegus group started its first company in 2008 in ghana and were primarily agents to a Large swiss Multinational company - Selling rice to importers. By 2009 Chegus Burkina was established and procurement and exports of sesame started. Ever since companies were established in other African countries and the volumes of exports have increased exponentially.

Chegus group is primarily into Agro commodity trading with operations in Africa (Ghana, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Guinea Bissau, Tanzania and Senegal) for the past 10 years. The turnover in Africa for the past 3 years have averaged about USD 30 million.

Chegus Group currently is into procurement of Raw Cashew Nuts, Sesame, and Coffee from Africa and exported to Asian and European countries.

  • Chegus Infotech Group companies is looking for an experienced candidate for their Agro Commodity Trading Group in Africa.
  • Candidate with experience in managing production in a " Sesame Seed / Rice Milling / Dal Mill " or any other food processing units can apply.
  • Candidate having experience in operating / managing a seed cleaning line / color sorting machine /Hulling factory will be preferred.
  • Assume responsibility for manufacturing and shipping processes in the plant.
  • Planning and organizing production schedules
  • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
  • Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labelling and record keeping
  • Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives
  • Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
