Diploma in Civil with Minimum 5 years experience in Construction of Swimming Pool and Maintenance
Civil Supervisor
1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in construction, repair, and maintenance of swimming pools: Measures and marks pool excavation site, using transit and stakes.
2) Directs workers in mixing, pouring, and leveling cement to form pool floor and in assembling prefabricated pool walls and lining.
3) Cuts openings for plumbing into sides of pool and directs workers in installation of fixtures, such as pipes, spigots, valves, and pumps.
4) Oversees installation of pool solar-heating system components.
5) Inspects work in progress and completed pool installation to verify adherence to specifications.
6) Trains new workers in work methods and assists workers in pool construction, maintenance, and repair.
7) May secure contracts for pool installation and write customer orders.
8) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
Irrigation Engineer
- Bachelor of Civil / Agriculture Engineering (emphasis in Landscape Irrigation / Horticulture)
- Experienced in planting mediums, trees, shrubs, ground covers, turf including maintenance requirements.
- • Experienced in MEP and civil works of water features, pump stations and pump rooms.
- • Experienced in reviewing of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and as-builts.
- • Competence with contracts and contractual requirements.
- • Experience providing Expert technical review of schematic/detailed design drawings, specifications and BOQ for comments
- • Evaluate Irrigation Consultant and Contractor Tender Submittals for technical qualifications.
- • Experience advising client of best systems, materials, products and sustainability for irrigation/water feature systems
