Candidate Requirements:
Education Qualification:
B.Sc. or Degree / Diploma in plastic/ polymer technology.
Experience: The candidate should have 8+ years of work experience in the footwear industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The candidate has a strong knowledge of the production, material, extrusion & quality of the Footwear manufacturing process.
- The candidate has knowledge of machines like KABRA, WINDSOR, etc
- The candidate should material processing knowledge like PVC, PPR, HDPE, and masterbatch.
- The candidate has a strong knowledge of PVC compounding and cable compounding.
- The candidate should have working experience with a fully automated European compounding line.

- Candidates have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
