Trigyn has a contractual opportunity. This resource will be deployed at our client site in Somalia, Africa.


The purpose of the assignment is to develop strategic communications products targeting to Somali youth to raise their awareness, build their engagement and contribution to Somalia's wider democratization, as well as in other areas of development, through a focus on civic engagement and participation in areas which transcend clan or regional interests and concerns, ranging from education to sports.


Specifically, the consultant will:

  1. Conceptualize, plan, produce and execute multimedia and multilingual communications campaign/s targeting Somali youth on both traditional and new media platforms.
  2. Reach out to Somali youth organizations and other institutions (eg. educational institutions) to initiate and develop working relations with the purpose of holding or supporting joint outreach events.
  3. Plan and organize an event for observance of World Youth Day in Mogadishu and/or major cities in Federal Member States.
