1. Graduate of any Engineering course with atleast 3 years work experience Production Engineer or similar role in a Manufacturing industry of rubber or keypad
2. Maintain the production process and Quality system to comply with ISO9001/IATF16949 standard.
3. Improve the working productivity, efficiency, yield, manpower, working equipment and raw material for production process and reduce process cost
4. Implement and maintain preventive measure in production line
5. English Language skills and computer literacy are required.
6. Deep knowledge of elastomeric rubber keypad production process.
1. Minimum of 10 years work-experience in Manager or higher-level position in a Manufacturing industry of rubber or keypad
2. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
3. Know-how of 3D drawing information and Silicone rubber
4. Well conversant with system such as ISO9001/5S/ISO14001/ISO18001/OHAS/IATF 16549
5. English language is a must with computer literate
6. Participate Lean Management System/5S/Kaizen etc.
1. Minimum of 5 years work-experience in manufacturing industry related to UV keypad/In-mold Design (IMD)/In-mold Labelling (IML).
2. Hands-on knowledge in handling injection machinery and tool designing ability and others like UV keypad material, engineering, and technical specification.
3. Knowledge in film printing, forming, trimming process using PET sheet to create decoration for automotive and non-automotive industry.
4.Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, able to speak English Language and ability to use IT tools.
5. Practical knowledge regarding quality management system e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 14001 etc. and experience in Lean Management System/5S/Kaizen and other improvement activities are required.
1. Worked in thermal pad production 2 years
2. Able to understand various chemicals and relationship of those chemicals to improve the material /product performance in terms of reducing or increasing thermal conductivity
3. Use polymer/ material science to identify those chemicals that can improve performances in removing/ reducing heat in electrical components
4. Manage material test in Chemical Laboratory
5. Identify equipment, create test standards, and register those standards in the company system.
6. Develop materials to meet customer thermal pad application.
7. English skill is required
8. With strong initiative to develop new product.
9. Know-how about Quality Management System/ISO Standard such as; ISO I9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3 etc.
10. Know-how about quality control to avoid any reject/defect of the product.
11. Able to work under pressure and in minimal supervision.
