Experience: 4 to 8 yrs.
- ECCI is looking for Senior Consultant, who would facilitate the clients to excel in their Quality, Service and Business Continuity
- Management practices by conducting the gap assessments against the industry best practices, establishing the improvement road maps, defining needed processes and procedures, monitoring the progress, performing assessments, proposing corrective and preventive actions, facilitation in certification audits.
- Consultant will have an opportunity to travel abroad, gain international exposure, interact with the clients business leads, access to various training programs and achieve knowledge on wide range of process models and industry best practices.
Job Requisites:
- Knowledge of SDLC, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, BS 25999, ITIL, CMMI (knowledge on other frameworks would be added advantage)
- Process Definition & Implementation experience
- Process Mapping & Auditing skills, Eye for detail
- Strong Training delivery skills and experience
- Client handling & Expectation Management Skills
- Acts decisively, anticipates future needs and collaborates with internal and client teams to obtain their perspectives
- Understanding of statistical process control/ six-sigma methodology is preferred.
- Need to possesses Good communication and analytical skills
- Exhibit Assertiveness
- Professional Certifications like CMMI Official Intro., ITIL Foundation, Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM or CBCP are preferred
