- Update and maintain accounting ledgers, journals and other records detailing financial business transactions.
- Process disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable, bank reconciliations etc.
- Handle all processing, Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts, Bank accounts, Credit cards statements etc.
- Analysis of Cash flow / Fund flow statements.
- Compilation of data and preparation of daily / periodic reports.
- Communicating with clients for addressing queries on bookkeeping.
- Reports problems and other issues and makes recommendations to management to improve procedures.
- Provide procedural, hands-on assistance to less experienced accounting staff to ensure company policies and procedures are learned and followed.
- Accountants with minimum experience of 2 years in US Accounting processes,
- QUICKBOOKS expertise a MUST.
- Experience with XERO, Peachtree, Sage, Turbotax, Lacerte, required
- Accounting BPO experience with strong accounting knowledge and Good English communication
- Knowledge of bookkeeping & accounting is must, possess excellent attention to details, and open to learning.
- Team Player, customer centric Attitude.
- Must have experience of managing a team
