Quantity Surveyor for Hyundai Engineering Company - Seoul (South Korea)

Experience: 10 to 15 yrs.  |  Opening(s): 2

- Preparation Contract, Appling & Interpretation of condition of contract, handling Claim and

contractual risk management

- Supporting for the preparation of Main contract, subcontract, procurement contract, other agreement etc.

- Review & advise contractual entitlement of dispute issue

- Raising / defense Claim, Supporting Arbitration process

- Consultation and supporting of contractual issue with Project Team

- Cooperation with Legal team in claim, arbitration, dispute resolution process & instruction lessons learn

Salary between USD 2000 & 3000 p.m + free single status accommo+ med+transportation at site. Initial contract 1 year. 8 hours per day / 5 days a week. 14 days leave cycle every 6 months. Free recruitment.

B.E (MECH / ELECT)  with min 10 years relevnat exp, including min 3 years at Thermal / Combined Cycle / Geothermal Construction  sites as Quantity Surveyor . Shall carryout independently all his duties.

Age 30 to 44. Good English, Health and PC experience. Passport holder.
