:
-Coordinating the Site outages.
- Following up the active and passive issue.
- Preparing of CMR and cell availability.
- Supervising of TT (Trouble Ticket) closer in time.
- Supervise and follow up of repeated site outage.
- Supervision and follow up of transmission failure, such as LOS, LOF and HOP Fluctuation.
- Coordination of Mains fails generation.
- Checking of Mains fail alarm escalated to field teams.
- Checking of Site down escalated in time.
- Coordinating of Engineers movement to the site.
- Replying and escalating information to the mail.
- Checking E1 fluctuation and follow up.
- Checking the packet loss of 3G site.
- Coordination during planned activities. (sw up gradation etc.)
- Site down updates to customer.
- MDG running updates in the site.
- Up keeping of data base.
- Customer co ordination on 24 * 7 basis.
- Ensure smooth co ordination of noc and field personal.
