Accounts & Finance Manager for Juba (South Sudan)

Ensure compliance with the policies and standards in the Financial Manual and relevant B&S standards.
Provide management advice and assistance to the Managing Director and Management Team on all aspects of financial implications duringdecision making process.
Provide technical support to project and management teams in budget preparation, implementation and monitoring to ensure that funds are appropriately used.
Establish and supervise all work practices of finance staff, including on-the-job training and providing other opportunities for personal development.
Develop the capacity of the Finance Team to provide adequate financial and budget advice to management and other staff to ensure efficiency in financial reporting.
Ensure that all projects are periodically audited and appropriate actions are taken to address audit findings and recommendations.
Review financial reports and provide commentary to all interested parties on key issues and strategic implications.

Minimum of a Bachelors in Finance and Accounting or other similar qualification.
Minimum of 5 years accounting experience and preferably in busy company or NGO.
Must have superior knowledge of sun system.
Must have good communication skills and good knowledge of English (oral and written). 
Must have knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practical knowledge of financial systems and internal financial controls and procedures.
Previous accounting and budget preparation experience is required.
Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks
Should have problem solving skills, detailed oriented and analytical skills
Should be able to work in harsh environmental conditions.
Good leadership and team performance management experience
