Experience: 7 to 10 yrs.
- Sales & Distribution of Set Top Boxes.
- Appoint Super Dealers / Dealers / Agents & manage them.
- Manage the sales team.
- Ensure targets are met.
- Ensure set top boxes are available throughout the country.
- Monitoring TAT of installation.
- Field sales monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure Primary and Secondary activations.
- Devise promotional incentives for retailers, retailer training, and expansion of distribution areas.
- Ensure all Marketing communication, promotions are well communicated to retailers and execution of POS Materials in market place.
- The candidate will be a self-motivator who has worked in a competitive DTH / Cable environment.
- Should have handled sales of STBs at State level.
- A quick thinker and can make decisions quickly.
- Should be proactive and good in planning and devising strategies.
- Knowledge in consumer insights will be added advantage.
