Call Center Director for Eli Research Global, Cebu (Philippines)

Experience: 10 to 20 yrs.


Driven, results-oriented leader needed to lead our Philippines sales and customer service teams. 

The right candidate will - 

  • Have a track record of success creating and driving sales through telesales
  • Be aggressive, analytical and motivated 
  • He or she must be adept at financial forecasting and tracking, and have experience with P&L management
  • He or she must be able to create, lead and motivate teams

The Director will:
  • Create and direct high functioning telesales teams for multiple companies and deliver results;
  • Manage a profitable customer service team;
  • Hire and manage other positions in the Philippines office; and
  • Report back to the business unit leaders with desired results.

The right candidate should be willing to relocate to Cebu, Philippines for a period of at least 2 years. Relocation expenses will be paid. Compensation is based on experience and ability.
