Chief Accountant for PT. Home Decor Indonesia (Indonesia)

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.  | Salary: U.S Dollars 10,000 - 20,000 P.A  |  Opening(s): 2

Candidate must be Chartered Accountant, clear thinking, poses full knowledge of accounting procedures and compliances.
Candidates should be able to lead a team of people and be able to work well with people of various skill levels.

Job requires:

Continuous management of financial systems and budgets;

Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information for small businesses (accountancy);

Undertaking financial audits (an independent check of an organisation's financial position);

Providing financial information and advice; advising on tax planning (within current legislation to enable the company to minimize tax liabilities) and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and investments;

Detecting and preventing fraud (forensic accounting);

Management abilities & team player enabling effective interaction & motivation of other team members, including peers.

Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting;

Experience in creating and implementing principles, policies and procedures;

Negotiating terms with suppliers;

Good knowledge of English and Computers;

Familiar with Quick Books Accounting Software an advantage (not must);
