1. An incumbent will be primarily responsible for sales and marketing activities of Madagascar.
2. Identifying & analyzing the market opportunity to develop product portfolio and right business model to excel the identified generic market.
3. Achieving the budgeted sales of the registered products through distribution networks.
4. Ensuring the timely submission of dossiers and CDE queries by closely working with HO & country regulatory affairs team.
5. Evaluating the regulatory requirements of the market and formulate the way forward with cross functional teams to calendar and follow up of projects.
6. Coordinating with local legal, patent & trade mark offices and corporate IP / legal team to evaluate the product patents and file the applicable trade marks for registration.
7. Identifying new products to be developed for target markets and initiation of development in coordination with R&D.
8. Evaluating the opportunity for business alliance with potential partners for Joint venture / in Licensing & Out licensing / Distribution deals for business scale up by closely working with legal, Finance & Corporate planning & BD teams.
9. Negotiating, making agreement and monetizing clinical studies (BE/CT) with CROs and Hospitals.

a. An incumbent must have thorough knowledge of Sales & Marketing and Business Development on various therapies / drugs (Finished Products) such as Antibiotic, Antimalerial, Gynecology, Cardiac, Oncology, Distribution and Branch Operations.
