Experience: 4 to 9 yrs.
1. Knowledge of Life & Medical Insurance Management at Group Level for the general welfare of the Employees.
2. Asst.Processing of payroll for the Group employees i.e. assigning employee codes, up date data in Alpha, resignation, termination, final settlement, accommodation, Transport & Food deductions) etc.
3. Ensure timely arrangement of travel needs (visas, flights, accommodation, and conveyance) for guests, staff and new joinees employees and maintain proper records to ensure Customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with Manpower suppliers for arranging flight schedules for new employees.

- Must hold bachelors degree in any discipline
- With minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Must possess valid UAE Driving license

1. Excellent negotiation skills
2. Must be able to prioritize tasks
3. Must have thorough knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures
4. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- With minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Must possess valid UAE Driving license
