Personnel & Administration Officer for Saudi Arabia

Experience: 5 to 7 yrs.


Candidate must be thoroughly aware about local Saudi Labour law including all process of recruitments, Emigration, ticketing, joining formalities on arrival of new staff. 

Candidate must be able to handle day-to day HR functions such as Vacations - Transfers - Helpdesk - Punishment - investigations - Government relations such as: - Immigration office: Issuing/Renewing the Imams and visas - Labour office: Issuing/Renewing the work permit, case investigations, labour issues. 

Perform a variety of HR Administration functions, system tasks, documents control, and filing to ensure organization and timely completion of all such functions/duties. Maintain the safe keeping and movement of Employee Personnel files ensuring that all important information 

Knowledge of Arabic is must for the position. Preference will be given to those who can read , write and can speak Arabic Those who are already working in Saudi Arabia or recently returned from Saudi Arabia need only to apply.

Qualification-Graduate in any discipline but preferably with diploma in Human Resources.

Experience- Should have min. 5 - 7 years experience in similar position with a reputed construction company, in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Excellent in both written & spoken English.

Age-Not more then 35

Skills- Must be excellent in computer skills. Strong administrative decision even in difficult situation. Able to take pressure. Excellent in communication skill. Able to control effectively multi national force. can lead a team of subordinates efficiently.
