Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.
The engineer has to manage the whole site on his own
Analysis & Design of RCC & Steel Structures as per relevant industry codes. Preparation of tender along with detail specifications of bill of quantities for civil work
The engineer will have to execute the Finishing work (Brick work, Block work, plastering, Water Proofing, Tiling and Granite laying etc.) by referring the detailed drawings.
The site supervisor would have to provide reports on the progress of his sites.
The candidate should be able to deal with the regular challenges of performance management, staff management, coaching, developing and setting standards, coordination, quality management and process improvement.
