Experience: 3 to 8 yrs.
3-4 years of experience with Maximo is a must.
Familiar with Maximo data structure and hierarchy.
Capable of managing and supporting data gathering and engineering from the site.
Familiar with the preventive maintenance management in Maximo.
Familiar with the spare part management in Maximo.
Solid Knowledge of SQL language including (building queries - views - triggers - stored procedures functions).
Capable of developing reports using BIRT.
XML knowledge.

Problem solving.
Capacity to influence.
Training skills.
Capacity to learn and process new information
Good fluency in English & Fluency in Portuguese/ Spanish/ French will be an advantage.
Responsible for resolving the technical problems and troubleshooting for Maximo users.
Also responsible for the following:
Train company users to know how to work on MAXIMO system.
Customize Maximo to integrate with the company business.
Provide Technical support for Maximo users.
Modify applications to fulfill company business requirement.
Develop data reports to facilitate tracking the information and work flow to control the business cycle.
Check security authority for all Maximo users.
Build manuals guide to explain customized applications.
Also responsible for the following:
Train company users to know how to work on MAXIMO system.
