QHSE Manager for Kazakhstan

International company is searching experienced candidates for position of QHSE Manager, Kyzylorda, 5/2 (Fluent English is the must)

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct training of employees, including new hire orientations, on HSE requirements to ensure compliance with regulations.
2. Conduct HSE inspections and audits of equipment and facility to make sure they meet company and regulatory compliance.
3. Perform hazard analysis, job safety analysis, accident/incident investigations and associated written reports.
4. Develop and maintain facility emergency response procedures and lead the facility HAZWOPER Team.
5. Manage, coordinate and chair safety committee meetings in addition to recording meeting minutes.
6. Maintain facility PPE inventory including research of new/additional equipment as required.
7. Implement and maintain facility Process Safety Management program.
8. Know and understand PML Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
9. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of PML.
10. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
11. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by Rig Manager within the physical constraints of the job.

·         Monthly HSE Report

REPORTS, continued:

·         PPE Issuing Report

·         Medical Report

·         Incident – Accident Report

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.Sc in degree in HSE or related technical experience

SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS REQUIREMENTS:

·         Working knowledge of safety codes, state health regulations, hazardous materials and emergency preparedness. Strong interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work independently with little supervision

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Highly motivated self-starter

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Good organizational skills

·         Prior chemical manufacturing experience would be considered an asset

·         Demonstrates strong working knowlage in PML HSEQ Management System and leadership of rig site HSE Procedure

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

·         Timely and quality reporting (evidenced by meeting deadline, number of report adjustments/corrections).

·         Timely supply of information requested by Rig Manager and HSE Manager.

·         Managing all associated services to HSE

·         Establishes and manages a clear set of standards and Procedures for HSE.

·         Encourages Drilling and associated service teams to comply with PML HSE Procedures .

·         Develops, updates and follows own personal development plan.
