Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.
Overall responsibility of the manager will be sales, developing Sales Force, achieving sales targets, developing strong Independent Leaders at branch level, conducting events planning, day to day management of the service centre, control and evaluate periodic targets.

Building new client relationships
Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining ground sales staff and sales and operations managers
Identify new areas for growth and potential business ideas. Commercializing these ideas
