The Physical Design Product Specialist (PDS) plays a critical role in the success of Synopsys customers as they design ASICs which push the limits of complexity; time to market and silicon technology.
PDS work with customers to solve complex technical challenges in the area of high frequency designs; deep submicron technology; low power; and signal integrity. India PDSs today work on most advanced process nodes in wireless; consumer and processor space.
The designs that the PDS work on range from a few million gates to several tens of millions of gates. PDS have the opportunity to work with various customers; giving them abundant exposure to different design styles; different application domains and different complexity and process geometry nodes. PDS collaborates with customers to solve their design and methodology challenges and also provides technical account management. PDSs are expected to manage multiple customer issues concurrently and be very effective at interacting with customers; not only design engineers; but first or second level management as well.
They also partner closely with Synopsys product development teams pertaining to critical issues and recommended enhancements. The PDSs will be expected to take advantage of opportunities provided to improve technical and job related skills such as developing additional product breadth and leadership skills.
BTech/MTech from Tier I college.
Willing to relocate to Korea.
Experience: 5 to 10 years.
Strong experience in Placement, Routing, CTS.
CPU /GPU / ARM Cores required.
